Hello Senior Account Manager (w/m/d)! Are you a seasoned and results-driven professional with a passion for creativity and marketing? We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic creative agency and take the lead in building strong and long-lasting client relationships. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their creative projects and campaigns, while ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • You serve as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, understanding their goals, objectives, and unique requirements. Proactively address client concerns and maintain regular communication to foster strong relationships.
  • You lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects and campaigns, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project objectives.
  • You provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, leveraging your deep understanding of their industries and market trends. Identify opportunities for growth and upselling services to maximize client satisfaction and agency revenue.
  • You oversee project budgets and financials, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency. Address any financial issues promptly and proactively communicate with clients about budget status.
  • You support with business development to pursue new opportunities with existing and potential clients. Participate in pitches and presentations to showcase the agency’s capabilities.
  • You are able to provide guidance and mentorship to account managers, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • You ensure consistent implementation of clients’ brand guidelines across all projects, maintaining brand integrity and adherence to brand positioning.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within a creative agency environment.
  • Exceptional client management skills with a strong focus on providing excellent service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to understand clients’ business objectives and translate them into effective creative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Previous experience in leading and mentoring a team of account managers is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in German and English, incl. the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to clients and internal teams.
