Hello UI/UX Designer (w/m/d)! Are you a talented and imaginative UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating visually stunning and engaging digital experiences? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic and innovative creative advertising agency. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling user experiences and captivating interfaces that elevate our clients’ brands and campaigns to new heights.

Responsibilities:

  • User-Centric Design: Utilize your deep understanding of user behaviors and preferences to create user-centered designs that drive engagement and conversion rates for our clients’ digital campaigns and projects.
  • Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design ideas that align with clients’ marketing objectives and brand identities.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Translate conceptual ideas into tangible wireframes and interactive prototypes, providing a visual representation of the user journey and navigation flow.
  • Visual Design: Create visually stunning and on-brand user interfaces that convey the intended message and evoke the desired emotions from the target audience.
  • Multi-Platform Adaptation: Ensure seamless and responsive design across various devices and platforms, including web, mobile, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with copywriters, art directors, developers, and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life and ensure successful project execution.
  • User Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs and improve overall user experiences.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design elements, styles, and interactions, adhering to clients’ brand guidelines while injecting creativity and innovation.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in design processes.

 

Requirements:

  • A compelling portfolio showcasing your previous work and successful projects in UX/UI design for creative advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, push boundaries, and bring fresh perspectives to design challenges.
  • Strong empathy for users and a genuine passion for understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions, with fluency in English and good German skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Understanding of branding principles and the ability to incorporate brand identities into UX/UI designs effectively.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience
