Es waren einmal drei befreundete Züricher Familien. Und ein kühnes Vorhaben: die Umwandlung einer im tiefen Dornröschenschlaf schlummernden Villa im ruhigen und zugleich zentral gelegenen Stadtteil Zürich-Riesbach in einen Ort der Gastlichkeit, der Ästhetik, des Komforts und des Stils. Heraus kam das neue, im Sommer 2018 eröffnete Boutique Hotel Signau House & Garden. Auch mit tatkräftiger Unterstützung von Foundry.
